A renowned non-profit organization based in NY and NJ is currently seeking Operations Directors for their location in the Delaware Valley, NJ area. You would be tasked with providing leadership and direction across program operations, in addition to overall management of program operation's policies and procedures. The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. This is a true temp-to-perm role; you can gain access to company benefits, paid time off, and more perks once you transition!*Responsibilities:** Provide leadership and direction across program operations* Provide management of program operation's policies and procedures* Coordinate program and resource development efforts, including submission of funding proposals and capital improvements* Develop, direct, and assess the provision of effective client service including program evaluation and data gathering initiatives for the program* Develop and maintain positive relationships with community resources, including service providers and planning bodies, elected officials, civic and religious associations* Supervise assigned staff including the completion of performance appraisals and regularly schedules supervisory sessions and staff meetings as needed*Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in a human service field (Master's preferred)* At least 5 years senior supervisory/administrative experience* Experience with budget development and management, advocacy, resource development, community and public relations, and personnel management#INDEEDTHJob Types: Full-time, Contract, TemporaryApplication Question(s):* What phone number and email should we use to contact you?Experience:* Nonprofit management: 1 year (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
