* Typical minimum structural analysis experience / education: 14 years with Bachelors of Science; 12 years with Masters, 9 years with a PhD
* Strong background in classical structural and finite element analysis including static, non-linear, modal, and vibration analysis.
* Awareness for cost reduction, weight management and structural efficiency
* Significant experience and comfort with FEA using NX.CAE(SimCenter 3D)/NX.Nastran, Ansys, or MSC Patran/Nastran
* Significant experience with Microsoft Office applications
* Experience developing FEMs at the detail and assembly levels
* Structural project leadership or stress team leadership experience, with responsibility for multiple analysts' work
* Comfort with presentation to internal and external customers
* US Citizenship
* The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance per business requirements Preferred Qualifications:--- Significant experience with airborne products, environments and requirements
* Advanced degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Civil Engineering or a related field.
* Active Secret, or Top Secret/SCI clearance
