Automotive Service DirectorFull-Time Opportunity: 5 Day Work
WeekWeekend availability as neededMonday - Friday We are looking
for successful candidates who possess a robust work ethic, a

is well-suited for self-motivated individuals aiming to establish a
strong foundation in sales.We are currently in search of a Service
Manager characterized by innovation, hard work, honesty, and
interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should thrive in a
high-volume operation, optimizing profitability and ensuring
customer satisfaction. Proficiency in managing all aspects of the
department, along with adaptability to industry changes, is
essential. Successful candidates should display a strong work

management experience is preferred, with a preference for
experience in operating a high-volume, fast-paced department.Job
Description & Duties: The Service Manager will play a crucial role
in running an efficient and profitable service department by
overseeing staffing, customer retention, cost controls, goal
achievement, and maintenance of service records. Responsibilities
also include ensuring the consistent sale of technicians' time to
service customers and directing quality control efforts to
guarantee correct and satisfactory completion of repairs on
customers' vehicles.
