This role leads the department; inclusive of 3 direct reports and is responsible for their development.This role will have significant interaction with the senior finance leadership team including the VP Supply Chain Finance, and other senior leaders across the enterprise. This role reports into the Senior Finance Manager - Operational Excellence & Supply Chain Strategy. Principal AccountabilitiesValidate project savings (enablers, network ops, zero loss, etc.), both business case development (pre-project) and actuals tracking vs. forecast (post-project)Inputs to enablers ideation; "size of prize" support (would be great to have someone with the ambition to find opportunities in addition to reporting)Define and govern enablers vs. ESP categories, valuation process, etc.Assist in development of operational excellence playbook with business partnerMonthly variance reporting - to prior proj, forecast, and PYDrive SC performance by improving financial visibility and identifying key areas of opportunities to improve performance across the network.Provide actionable insights to the business partners and Supply chain Leadership team in the area of operational excellence across enterprise networkRole also provides strategic financial thought leadership on large projects across enterprise supply chain. Utilize information across the SC Finance COE to analyze and recommend strategic actions necessary to drive impact.Advance dashboards and data visualization reporting for the SC finance teamAd Hoc/Special Projects as neededJob Complexity and ScopeStrong understanding of overall business processes and solid understanding of supply chain.
