directly responsible for marketing accounting tasks and processes,
while being cross-trained in tasks and processes not directly
responsible for. The scope of this role covers marketing for the
enterprise (Meals & Beverages and Snacks). A successful candidate
will be highly motivated to learn and able to interact effectively
with cross-functional partners within the organization. Candidate
must be well organized and flexible.Critically important to this
position is:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsThe
ability to interact well with a diverse set of team members,
external partners, auditors, etc. and adjust to your audienceA
continuous improvement mindset (identifying opportunities,
proposing solutions and executing corrections)Taking ownership over

Responsibilities:Prepare monthly journal entries with accuracy and
in a timely mannerPrepare account reconciliations with
completeness, accuracy, and qualityPeriodically test assumptions
used in the marketing accounting processDocumentation and execution
of controls in the commercial spend processParticipate in the
preparation of presentations on commercial spend balance sheet
accounts on a quarterly basis to Finance leadership and the VP -
Corporate ControllerAssist with internal and external audits
through coordination of requests and implementation of follow-up
actionsIdentify continuous improvement opportunities within the
team and marketing space and execute changeCreate and maintain
relevant end-to-end process flows and/or desk-top proceduresProvide
subject matter expertise on marketing accounting, timing of expense
recognition, and P&L geographyParticipate in strategic efforts
for continuous improvement, standardization of processes and
deliverables, and efficiency projectsBe a strong value-added
business partner to the Corporate Controllers group, the Division
Finance teams, and the functional
counterpartsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
required3-5 years of relevant accounting experience required;
relevant industry experience preferredCPA certification
preferredKnowledge of US GAAP and SEC requirements a plusHighly
motivated and proactive in problem solving requiredAbility to work
flexible hours to meet deadlines and business demands
preferredExperience with SAP and/or Blackline a plusHybrid role
with three days in office in Camden, NJ and two days
remoteCompensation and Benefits:The target base salary range for
this full-time, salaried position is
between$61,800-$97,800Individual base pay depends on work location
and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and
relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms
of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental,
401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of
