responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks. A successful
candidate will be able to work independently and enjoy working as a
part of a diverse team. Candidate must be well-organized, flexible,
and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Critically
important to this position is:Excellent written and verbal
communication skills;The ability to interact with staff, senior
leadership, external partners, auditors, etc. and adjust to your
audience;A continuous improvement mindset (identifying
opportunities, proposing solutions and executing
corrections);Taking ownership over tasks and processes in a
fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure; andA strong
attention to detail.Primary Accounting Responsibilities:Accounting
for supply chain operations including freight, warehousing,
contract manufacturing, procurement contracts, and inventory
aging/obsolescence;Partner with the Corporate Controllers group to
support relevant external financial disclosures.Prepare journal
entries accurately and in a timely manner during period
close;Prepare clear and accurate account reconciliations;Contribute
in the preparation quarterly deliverables related to balance sheet
and P&L analysis.Assist with the implementation of new
accounting standards as applicable to this area;Assist with
internal and external audits through coordination of requests and
implementation of follow-up actions;Partner with the business in
continuous improvement efforts, projects, system implementations
and other initiatives;Identify continuous improvement opportunities
within the department.Advance dashboards and data visualization
reporting and analysis;Partner with the Corporate Controllers
group, the Supply Chain Finance team, Division Finance teams, and
functional counterparts to complete ad hoc reporting and
analysis.Job Complexity:Willing to travel up to 25%;Ability to
collaborate with stakeholders throughout the company;Ability to
perform data analysis and leverage reporting tools, including
customized data tools such as SAP and advanced Microsoft
Excel;Strong organizational skills and ability to work with
moderate supervision;Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree
required, degree in accounting or finance preferred;CPA
certification preferred;Minimum 5-7 years of relevant accounting
experience required. Inventory or Supply Chain accounting
experience preferred;Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC
requirements required.Demonstrated leadership skills
required;Highly motivated and proactive in problem solving
required.Relevant industry experience preferred;Ability to work
flexible hours to meet deadlines and business demands
preferred;Experience with SAP, Blackline, and/or Power BI a
plus.Compensation and Benefits:The target base salary range for
this full-time, salaried position is
between$72,900-$117,300Individual base pay depends on work location
and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and
relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms
of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental,
401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of
