AnalystSummary: We are looking for an individual who enjoys working
in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, likes to be challenged
and values the opportunity to make a difference. The IT Finance
Analyst will report into the IT Finance Team, supporting the office
of the CIO. The IT Finance Analyst will be responsible to help
manage the IT Expenses, Purchase Orders, and Good Receipts. The IT
Finance Analyst should have a financial analysis or accounting
background, be extremely organized, and can follow through on
commitments.Primary Responsibilities:Create Purchase Requisitions
via SAP and follow the requisition through the approval process to
purchase order generationProcess Goods Receipts once the goods or
services have been receivedManage Telecom Expenses, review run
rates and perform variance analysisReforecast and rephase the
expenses on a monthly basisCollaborate cross functionally with
senior level stakeholdersAnalyze current and past financial data
and performancePrepare reports and projections on a monthly
basisEvaluate capital expenditures and depreciationTrack current
financial data and alert stakeholders if any variances ariseEnsure
all financial tasks and processes are complaint with Corporate
Finance policiesSkills and QualificationsBachelors Degree1+ years
relevant work experienceSAP knowledge preferred, but not
requiredProven proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExcellent reporting,
presenting and communication skillsAbility to work with large
datasetsStrategic thinking and organizational skillsProven
analytical and financial modeling skillsCompensation and
Benefits:The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried
position is between$61,800-$97,800Individual base pay depends on
work location and additional factors such as experience,
job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay
may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer
competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on
