Tax Resource Management team. This position will work closely with
members of the tax practice, HR, Operations, and Talent Development
to fulfill staffing needs in a matrix environment by scheduling tax
colleagues to work assignments across multiple client engagements.

Responsible For:
- Coordinate scheduling for tax engagements to ensure efficient
resource utilization and support the tax department in meeting
client deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with tax partners, managers, and team
members to assign the right staff to projects, considering
availability, expertise, and client needs.
- Identify opportunities to optimize resource allocation, drive
process improvements, and implement best practices in resource
management across the region. Lead, support, or champion
initiatives focused on effective workload balancing, scheduling,
and professional development.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the Resource
Management team to promote resource sharing across multiple
geographies.
- Utilize automation and reporting platforms to create
visualizations that enhance transparency in resource skills and
scheduling.
- Maintains deep knowledge of service offerings, skill profiles,
client engagements, and active client pursuits.Basic
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience in human resources and/or resource
managementPreferred/Desired Qualifications:
- Public accounting firm experience
- Experience with ProStaff and/or Workday
- Tax consulting client facing experience
- Resource management or recruiting experience supporting a Tax

For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position
is between52167and78249.6The range for the position in other
geographies may vary based on market differences.The actual
compensation will be determined based on experience and other
