This role will oversee daily office operations, lead our internal
teams, create accountability, and help build scalable systems to
support rapid company growth. Responsibilities: Manage office
operations and team performance Oversee call center and lead
handling systems Set KPIs and track employee accountability Train
team members and optimize workflows Coordinate between property
management & handyman departments Monitor systems and internal
reports Ideal Candidate: Strong leadership and communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated Experience
managing teams or complex operations Comfortable creating systems
and enforcing accountability Tech-savvy (CRMs, spreadsheets,
reporting tools) Real estate, construction, or property management
