Job Description:
Focus Financial Partners is seeking a motivated and
detail-oriented Workday Technology Analyst to support the ongoing
administration, enhancement, and day-to-day operations of our
Workday Financials platform. This role is ideal for an early-career
Workday or financial systems professional who is eager to build
deep expertise in Workday Finance while partnering closely with
Finance and Technology teams. The Workday Technology Analyst will
play a hands-on role in system support, configuration, testing, and
reporting, helping ensure that Workday effectively supports
accounting, financial operations, and business processes across a
growing, multi-entity organization. This position offers strong
exposure to enterprise financial systems, best practices, and
career development opportunities within a leading financial
services firm. This role can be located in St. Louis, MO; New Hyde
Park, NY; New York, NY. Primary Responsibilities Provide day-to-day
support for the Workday Financials platform, including
troubleshooting issues, responding to user questions, and
escalating items as needed Assist with configuration, maintenance,
and testing of Workday Financials modules such as General Ledger,
Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial
Reporting, Procurement, Expenses, and Projects Support Finance
stakeholders by helping translate business requirements into new
system functionality, reports, or process improvements Participate
in semi-annual Workday releases by assisting with testing,
documentation, change management and deployment readiness Help
maintain system documentation, including process flows,
configuration details, and user guides Run and support standard and
ad-hoc financial reports, dashboards and Workday Adaptive Assist
with data validation, reconciliations, and audit support related to
Workday financial data Support finance professionals during the
month end, quarter end and year end financial close Partner with
senior Workday resources and external vendors on enhancements,
integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives Promote user
adoption and consistent use of Workday through training materials,
job aids, and best practices Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in
Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration,
or a related field 1–3 years of experience supporting financial
systems, ERP platforms, or enterprise applications Workday
experience strongly preferred Foundational understanding of
accounting principles and financial workflows Interest in building
expertise in Workday Financials; exposure to Workday HCM is a plus
but not required Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
and data accuracy Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple tasks,
and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong
communication skills and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset
Experience in a multi-entity or decentralized organization is a
plus LI-KJ2 This is an exempt position. The annualized base pay
range for this role is expected to be between $60,000-100,000 Base
Salary Compensation Range. Actual base pay could vary based on
factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter
expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and
the applicants skill set. The base pay is just one component of the
total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include
an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package,
including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life and
