Position Description: This high-impact role carries full P&L
ownership, with a mandate to accelerate revenue growth, expand
market share, and deepen client relationships across the NY
financial market. You'll lead a high-performing team of
professionals, driving strategic sales initiatives, solution
innovation, and service excellence. We're looking for a

thriving business. This role can be performed from our New York
City office. Your future duties and responsibilities: . Revenue
Growth & Market Expansion: Own and execute a go-to-market strategy
to grow CGI's footprint across the NYC Financial market. Drive
year-over-year revenue growth through new client acquisition,
account expansion, and strategic partnerships. . Sales Leadership &
Business Development: Lead end-to-end sales cycles—from opportunity
identification to proposal development and contract negotiation.
Champion competitive pursuits and position CGI as a trusted advisor
to public sector clients. . Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships with customer
leaders, decision-makers, and influencers. Ensure high client
satisfaction and long-term account value. . Strategic Planning &
Execution: Develop and implement strategic account plans, sales
forecasts, and growth roadmaps aligned with CGI's business
objectives. . Team Leadership & Talent Development: Inspire and
lead a diverse team of consultants and delivery professionals.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration,
innovation, and client success. . Service Delivery Oversight:
Ensure seamless delivery of consulting and IT services, maintaining
high standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . 15 years
of experience in IT and consulting services, with a strong track
record in sales leadership and business development in large banks
and financial institutions . Demonstrated success in winning large,
competitive contracts . Established relationships with key decision
makers within the NY financial services (banking) market . Proven
ability to own and grow a P&L, with a focus on profitability
and client value . Strong executive presence and ability to
influence at the highest levels . Experience building and leading
high-performing sales and delivery teams . Excellent communication,
negotiation, and relationship-building skills Other Information:

determination of this range includes various factors not limited to
skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and
certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based
performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the
top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are
dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable
estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is
