Job Description:
Position Description: Join our team at Fort Meade, MD, and play
a crucial role in supporting the Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace
Command (MARFORCYBER). This position offers an exciting opportunity
to combine strategic financial management with advanced technology
in the cybersecurity domain. As part of our team, you will
collaborate with operations managers and developers to ensure that
funding aligns with strategic goals. Your expertise in financial
management systems will be vital in identifying and resolving
system issues, driving process improvements, and validating
accounting records for accuracy. You will also serve as a liaison
with financial stakeholders, providing technical guidance and
conducting evaluations of financial operations. We are looking for
candidates with a strong background in financial analysis within a
military or government setting. Proficiency in using OBIEE/OAS for
dynamic reporting and analysis, along with strong analytical skills
and familiarity with Power BI and SharePoint, will be essential.
TS/SCI with Poly is required for consideration. Your future duties
and responsibilities: • Collaborate with operations managers and
developers to ensure funding aligns with strategic goals. • Provide
insights into the purpose and effectiveness of contracts within
Cyber Command. • Develop and maintain tools and dashboards to track
and report on contract impacts and operational metrics. •
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including
leadership and cross-functional teams. • Stay informed about
cybersecurity trends and their implications for operational funding
and resource allocation. Required qualifications to be successful
in this role: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business
Administration, or a related field. • Experience in contract
management, or financial analysis within a military or government
setting. • Provide FM system expertise, identifying and reporting
financial system problems and system process improvement
requirements. • Validate accounting records for accuracy,
performing trend analysis utilizing performance metrics. • 4 plus
years of experience PPBE, budgeting, and budget execution. . TS/SCI
with Poly is required CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions
to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this
role. The determination of this range includes various factors not
limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and
licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for
merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at
or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions
are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A
reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S.

Familiarity with Power BI and SharePoint for data visualization and
collaboration. • Working knowledge/understanding of cybersecurity
operations, particularly at MARFORCYBER • Support the development
and implementation of the Internal Control over Financial Reporting
(ICOFR) program and procedures. • Functional knowledge of Oracle
EBS modules (B2R, CA, O2C, P2P). • General understanding of the
Treasury United States General Ledger (USSGL) posting logic. •
Support the development and implementation of the Internal Control
over Financial Reporting (ICOFR) program and procedures. • 3-5
years of full-time DAI experience providing financial systems or
