Our company is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated
professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior
experience working in the leasing/management industry, an
understanding of real estate management and a strong work ethic.
The Leasing Consultant/administrative assistant is responsible for
handling new and renewal lease transactions as well as rent
collection and posting.
* Communicate with tenants.
* Maintain professional relationships with tenants.
* Collect/post rents
* File evictions
* Assisting Property Manager in all aspects of daily property
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
* Health insurance

* Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
* Pemberton, NJ 08068: Reliably commute or planning to relocate
