University Park Apartments is a owner/operated small business in Pemberton, NJ. We are a professional and established real estate management company.

Our company is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in the leasing/management industry, an understanding of real estate management and a strong work ethic. The Leasing Consultant/administrative assistant is responsible for handling new and renewal lease transactions as well as rent collection and posting.

Responsibilities:

* Communicate with tenants.
* Maintain professional relationships with tenants.
* Collect/post rents
* File evictions
* Assisting Property Manager in all aspects of daily property management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Benefits:

Schedule:
* Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:
* Pemberton, NJ 08068: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
* Customer service: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:
