  • Operate and maintain payment processing equipment, including Trans. Remittance Processors, OPS, and high-speed image scanners.
  • Monitor and ensure high standards in customer service through silent monitoring sessions.
  • Safeguard incoming payments and ensure secure handling within the Lockbox area.
  • Accurately process transmitted work, maintaining batch control for accountability and compliance. Position Details:
    • Location: Center City, Philadelphia
    • Pay Rate: $16.35/hour
    • Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
    • Work Style: 100% in-office
    • Job Type: Contract to Hire What We're Looking For:
      • 1 year of experience in a Lockbox Clerk or similar environment
      • Solid understanding of processing equipment and data security practices
      • High School Diploma or equivalent required
      • Strong attention to detail, a team-first attitude, and the drive to succeed
