Purpose of Role: Supports our brand-building initiatives by leading
critical projects and processes for the Meals & Beverages brands
within Growth Channels. Leads business analytics and processes and
builds experience with cross-functional team leadership through
project management, product management and brand building.
Responsibilities:
- Commercialization - Leads critical project management tasks to
support the Growth Channels business (Project Management Review,
timelines, key commercialization dates)
- Analysis & Reporting - Provides business performance tracking
and actionable insights
- Ensures full team has performance data summary across
marketplace consumption, consumer trends, new items, etc. Using
syndicated research (i.e. IRI, NPD, etc.), compiles and assesses
data to provide insights on performance, trends and opportunities
pertaining to existing initiatives and assessment of opportunity
across the 4Ps
- Leads Sales materials development for projects, as needed
- Executes on customer requests (i.e. new product information or
packaging mock-ups)
- Supports content development for eCommerce channel and owned
properties (i.e. product details, ingredients, timing, etc.)
Decision Making:
- Decision Maker - Prioritization of projects to hit deadlines
and deliverables
- Advice Giver - Project timelines; business analytics; consumer
insights; eCommerce content development
- Informed Stakeholder - Relevant PMR, AOP and IBP outputs
(impacts budget, etc.)
- Owner - Project commercialization process; prepping Sales for
events/tradeshows/customer meetings; Brand team analytics requests
Metrics/Outcomes: Project timelines and autonomous completion of
projects
Busines Performance (monthly/quarterly/annual planning) Minimum
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience post-undergrad
- Skills/experience with business analytics and a strong
analytical mindset
- Skills/experience with project management
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead a cross-functional
team Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
based on brand priorities
- Ability to analyze data and create recommended actions across
4Ps
- Ability to influence others without formal authority
- Understanding of how to apply brand strategy to execution ACR
