private sector clients. LiRo-Hill is currently seeking full-time
Construction Inspectors for public housing projects throughout the
five boroughs. Responsibilities - Inspect construction work to
ensure compliance with building standards and project
specifications - Inspect all material upon arrival to the job-site
to ensure compliance - Review plans to identify potential
violations - Follow through on the work from mobilization through
completion ensuring satisfactory work completed - Communicate and
coordinate all facets of work with the subcontractors and concerned
parties - Perform resident relocation walk through with tenants -
Document inspections and report any issues - Determine the quality
of materials being used throughout the testing Qualifications -
Bachelor's Degree in engineering or construction management a - 6
years of experience in building construction trades including
residential construction (finishes and applications) - Ability to
work weekends (including Sundays) when needed. - Knowledge of
construction materials, methods and procedures - Ability to
maintain field and office records and perform quantity
computations. - Proficient in Excel - Experience reading and
interpreting plans and specifications and generate changes to the
scope of work as required. - Strong written and oral communication
skills - Collaborate with multiple team members and have the
ability to multi-task. - Ability and coordination to safely

Compensation: Min: $85,000 Max: $100,000 - Visa sponsorship is not
