We support ample industry related training and a broad range of career opportunities Responsibilities: Perform daily inspections of construction activities related to: Concrete structures Asphalt paving Runways, taxiways, and aprons Roadways and highway-related infrastructure Verify work is performed in accordance with: Project plans and specifications FAA, MDOT, and SHA standards (as applicable) Quality control and safety requirements Document field observations, quantities, and progress through daily inspection reports Identify non-conforming work and coordinate corrective actions with contractors and project managers Monitor construction materials, placement methods, and testing procedures Attend project meetings and coordinate with engineers, contractors, airport staff, and stakeholders Ensure compliance with airport security, safety, and operational requirements Support schedule tracking and assist with project closeout documentation Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent 5–10 years of construction or construction inspection experience Strong background in concrete structure, asphalt, runways, and highways Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and inspection procedures Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proficiency in preparing clear, accurate field reports and documentation Must have effective written and oral communication skills, be eager to learn, willing to perform a variety of tasks and be a team player. Employees assigned to driving duties ("drivers") must have a current, valid US State driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with Keville's driving policy. OSHA 10 certification is a condition of employment. Daily on-site presence is required, with occasional evening or weekend work during critical project phases or to meet project deadlines.
