Teacher VisionPharos Academy Charter School is looking for a teacher who is an "uber" kid person. • Plan and implement engaging and effective computer science lessons for middle school students (grades 6-8).
• Evaluate student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
• Stay current with developments in computer science education and technology, and integrate these into the classroom.
• Engage students in hands-on, project-based learning opportunities to deepen their understanding and application of computer science concepts and AI.What We Offer You

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or secondary education related field of study.
• Strong knowledge of foundational computer science concepts and programming languages (Understanding of Python & JavaScript required).
• Experience working with school-aged children in an academic or youth development setting required.
• At least 1 year of experience teaching computer science at the middle or high school level required.
