Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A special education position is available for a fully licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide maternity leave coverage in an elementary school setting. This contract role is based in Hamburg, NJ, within Warren County, and will support students from Pre-K through 8th grade. Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language pathology services to students in a school environment (Pre-K to Grade 8) Manage and monitor caseload effectively during maternity leave coverage Collaborate with educational and support staff to support student communication needs Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with state regulations Qualifications: Full state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist; no Clinical Fellows (CF) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) eligible Experience working with school-aged children in a Pre-K to 8th-grade setting preferred Ability to work full-time with schedule hours from 7:50 AM to 3:05 PM, Monday through Friday Knowledge of state licensing requirements and school-based therapy regulations Location and Schedule: Hamburg, NJ (Warren County) 32.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Position duration: ASAP through 5/29/2026 Contract role covering maternity leave Candidates interested in this role should prepare a blinded resume (first name and last initial only), highlight relevant experience in bullet points, provide interview availability, and include one supervisor reference check from a previous para-related role.
