Key Responsibilities: Assist in supervising children during various sports, recreational, and after-school activities Support the planning and execution of engaging, age-appropriate sports programs Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during activities Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive behavior among children Help set up and clean up activity areas and equipment Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure a positive experience Skills and Qualifications: Enthusiastic and energetic with a passion for working with children Prior experience in sports, recreation, or youth programs is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Responsible, reliable, and committed to safety Ability to adapt activities to different age groups and skill levels Must be able to pass background checks and adhere to YMCA policies At the Princeton YMCA, we value diversity, inclusion, and community engagement.
