Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This contract opportunity is
for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide specialized
behavior services within educational settings. The roles are based
in Bucks County, PA, specifically at schools located in Fallsington
and Levittown. Candidates will support students with moderate to
severe behavioral needs during the Extended School Year (ESY)
session. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized behavior
intervention and consultation following BCBA best practices.
Collaborate with classroom teachers and related service staff to
develop and implement behavior support plans. Collect and analyze
data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as
needed. Participate in orientation and related services setup prior
to the ESY instructional period. Maintain clear communication with
families and multidisciplinary teams regarding student goals and
progress. Qualifications and Experience: Active BCBA credential
meeting Pennsylvania Department of Education requirements.
Experience working with school-aged children exhibiting moderate to
severe challenging behaviors. Comfortable managing diverse
behaviors and applying evidence-based interventions. Reliable
transportation with a residence within 35 minutes of assigned
school site. Ability to commit to the full ESY schedule: Monday
through Thursday, student hours 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with related
service staff hours from 8:45 AM to 2:45 PM. Must be able to
complete required orientation and setup hours prior to ESY start
date. Additional Details: ESY Instructional Dates: June 29 to July
30, 2026. Contract extends through July 30, 2026, with 24
hours/week. Placements will be made based on skill match and
proximity to candidates homes; however, flexibility may be
required. Candidates who have worked with this client through
another agency within the past year are ineligible due to policy.
