Quality Engineer, will support the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM)
Reentry Quality Program in Valley Forge, PA.This opportunity, as
the Quality Assurance Engineer , will be responsible for
supervising overall implementation, maintenance, and compliance to
quality requirements.You will also investigate Quality related
support activities and supporting quality decisions associated with
the effective implementation, operation, and assessment of Quality
data. This role requires strong analytical skills and detail
oriented. Must be a self-starter who can manage multiple priorities
within a team environment and meet documented schedule commitments.
Ideal candidate will have prior experience presenting to various
internal organizations and customers.As a successful member of the
team that delivers exceptional results, you will need excellent
communication skills and the ability to develop rapport with
multiple internal and external partnersTypically employees in this

degree from an accredited college in mechanical engineering,
aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, industrial
engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent
experience/combined education--- Experience with quality
engineering processes, policies and quality systems management
requirements--- Experience in aerospace/space programs--- Ability
to conduct research and investigate requirements--- US Citizenship
is required--- Must be able to obtain/maintain a DoD Top Secret
Security Clearance--- Ability to read and understand engineering
drawings--- Experience with continuous improvement practicesDesired
Skills:--- Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance---
Manufacturing Engineering--- Knowledgeable regarding audit
processes--- Knowledge of Material Review Board (MRB) Knowledge of
SAP--- Experience with non-conformances and nonconforming
hardware--- Experience engaging with external government
customers--- Root cause analysis and corrective action
experience--- Experience in a missile processing environment or
Quality Assurance (QA) organization--- Familiarity with missile
hardware, processes, systems, enterprise requirements and command
media--- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer--- Green Belt or Black Belt
Trained or Certified--- Familiarity with AS9100 requirements---
Understanding and ability to apply T9001B Technical Program
Management Requirements--- Knowledge of First Article Inspection---
Accomplish research and assist with Quality related Management
inquiries--- Familiarity with Government Inspection processes and
criteria--- Ability to accomplish trend analysis and statistical
process control (SPC)--- Familiarity with manufacturing or
production documentation and failure reporting--- Experience with
non-conformance (PR/MRB) requirements and systemsSecurity Clearance

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be
performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.Work
Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work
schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week
while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide
employees with additional time away from the office and are in
addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position:
