is within our reach. The Work Our Radar Systems Engineering team is
seeking a candidate to support the integration, test, and
verification of high performance Active Electronically Scanned
Array (AESA) radar systems. The Radar Systems Engineer will: •
Apply advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories and
concepts to develop revolutionary system solutions. • Support
integration and test, evaluate test results, investigate
discrepancies, provide technical assessment of anomalies, and drive
issues to resolution. • Conduct system verification and support
certification activities. • Collaborate across multidisciplinary
teams to accomplish technical objectives • Represent the
organization on contracts and interface with internal and external
customers, program and senior leadership on technical matters as
required. • Have strong analytical and communication skills and
work well in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment. • Be
comfortable working in hands-on laboratory or field environments. •
Shift work may be required • This position involves the ability to
travel domestically and internationally as needed to support site
installs, checkout and integration testing. Note: • This position

Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer
Science/Engineering, Physics or equivalent degree combined with 5
years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of
related experience - Functional knowledge of radar systems,
subsystems and components - Experience with the integration and
test of radar systems, including functional and performance
verification and the development of test procedures and plans. -
High proficiency in use of MATLAB and Python for data analysis. -
Flexibility to work non-standard work shifts and weekends as
required by the supported program - U.S. Citizen with ability to
obtain a DoD Secret level clearance Desired Skills: - Advanced
degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering,
Physics or equivalent - Radar systems development and test
experience, including signal processing, algorithms, software, data
analysis, and modeling & simulation - Experience with RF systems or
antenna testing in near-field and far-field test environments -
Knowledge of Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) and Anti-Aircraft
Warfare (AAW) concepts and design considerations - Familiarity with
earned value management Security Clearance Statement: This position

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated
with this position will be performed onsite at a designated
Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports
a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per
week The base range for this position in New Jersey is $91,000 -
$172,488. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life

Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. The wage range and
benefits summary is a general guideline and is governed by the
