What You will Achieve We are looking for an Electrical Engineer with 5 years of experience in electrical consulting Engineering field to join Vanderweil as a Project Electrical Engineer. You will be involved in: Work with Sr. Engineers and Project Managers to understand project goals and requirements Participate in meetings / discussions with the team members, including the owner, project architect, and other internal and external project disciplines. Part of project team in designing the building infrastructure, including medium Voltage and Low Voltage electrical service, main electrical distribution equipment, building distribution equipment. Document design calculations and design path decisions. Model electrical distribution systems with our analysis software. Perform electrical load calculations and electrical engineering studies. Use Revit to model electrical systems is a plus. Perform site surveys and CA field visits. Essential Skills & Requirements 6 years of related experience FE and or PE preferred Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Revit knowledge is a plus Understanding of the NEC, IBC and IECC. The compensation that we expect to pay for this position is commensurate with years of experience, project portfolio, geographic location, professional licensure and education and may range in the $95,000 to $140,000 range.
