Job Description:

with a talented Structural Design Engineer. This role involves
critical work designing and analyzing structures that support our
energy systems, ensuring the sustainability and safety of energy
services across the nation. You will collaborate with
cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment, committed to
innovation and excellence in a company that values forward-thinking
solutions to meet future energy needs. Design structural components
for energy facilities, ensuring compliance with all applicable
codes and standards. Conduct structural analysis using software
tools to evaluate designs and predict structural behavior under
different conditions. Collaborate with the engineering team to
integrate structural designs with other systems within the project.
Prepare detailed technical documentation and reports for internal
and external stakeholders. Lead and participate in meetings and
reviews with stakeholders to discuss project designs and plans.
Continuously improve project designs, considering innovative
technologies and methods to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g.,
STAAD, AutoCAD). Strong understanding of industry standards and
building codes (e.g., ASCE, ACI). Ability to work effectively in
multi-disciplinary teams. Excellent problem-solving skills and
attention to detail. Strong communication and project management
skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k PE
license (Professional Engineer) or ability to obtain within one
year. Certification from the Structural Engineering Certification
Board (SECB) is advantageous.
