Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in
metal fabrication, is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join
their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of
the production department supporting various stages from forming
and welding to inspection and packaging. The ideal candidate will
demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive
attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Littlestown, PA Pay Range:
Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:30 am - 4:00 pm What's the Job? Operate
various machines used for cutting, bending, and punching metal to
produce parts such as doors, shelves, and cabinet components Assist
in the assembly and fabrication of metal products according to
specifications Maintain a clean and organized work environment to
ensure safety and efficiency Follow safety protocols and quality
standards during production processes Support team members in
meeting production goals and deadlines What's Needed? High School
Diploma or equivalent Ability to communicate effectively in written
and verbal formats Physical ability to lift and move a minimum of
50 pounds independently and with team assistance Basic
understanding of measurement units and tools Willingness to stand
for extended periods and perform repetitive movements What's in it
