This role is responsible for establishing and managing the HR master data standards and ensuring a high level of data quality in HR. The role will liaison between the HR community and HR Technology to ensure delivery of our workforce reporting needs. It will also lead projects related to reporting, analytics, and data structures to ensure accurate and reliable metrics/reporting. This role is responsible for gathering requirements for new and existing reports and translating them into detailed specifications. They will define our data standards and ensure our processes are set up to maintain data quality. They will participate in all phases of the data and reporting life cycle from project scoping, planning and requirements definition to issues resolution, testing, training and implementation. This role will also take leadership for our master data management including data integrity metrics and workforce data cleansing efforts. Some of your key responsibilities include: Reporting/Analytics - Work with key HR users to develop master data definitions and ensure processes are in place to support data quality - Possess knowledge and understanding of Master Data information in HR and its effects on the downstream processes, businesses and employees. - Ensure the quality of the data residing on our HR systems and own the data for the top three levels of the organization - Analyze Workforce data and trends. - Identify best practices and implement changes. - Create various reporting and analysis for Human Resources. - Create user friendly reporting templates and dashboards for management reporting utilizing Workday, Tableau, MS Office, and other tools. - Translate and present concepts into effective visual images for both business and technical audiences. - Identify reporting and analysis problems and work with HR Technology and HR Services to resolve them, helping to ensure accountability. - Lead compliance reporting for Diversity and Inclusion. - Build and maintain a data dictionary with definitions of key data fields and metrics, set up in a manner that our users and partners can interact with and understand. - Build and maintain a reporting catalog with definitions of the workforce data reports available to our users and partners. - Lead our workforce master data function by ensure data integrity in our workforce data model. - Act as SME for reporting requests from internal and external customers, including partnering with HRBPs, Recruiters, Centers of Expertise, Workforce Analytics and support team to gather and create requirements for reports related to recruitment, talent management, compensation, benefits, and other functions. - Consult and work closely with stakeholders, including HRIS team members, to ensure all requirements have been accurately addressed and documented. - Provide training for the HR community and business on workforce data and analytics. - Ensure our workforce data and related policies and integrations are compliant with SOX and other controls and follow applicable data privacy standards. Qualifications: - 5+ years of HR process, data, and reporting experience - Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, business, statistics, or a related field - Reporting/Analytics experience - Project management experience - Strong Excel (Pivots, V-Lookups, Graphs/Charts) and reporting skills - Ability to present data in a logical, concise manner - Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate analytics to a non-technical audience - Knowledge of Workday preferred, as well as other HR systems and processes - Familiarity with relational and object-oriented data models a plus CSC1 The Company is committed to providing equal opportunity for employees and applicants in all aspects of the employment relationship, without regard to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, citizenship, marital status, veteran status, disability, age, religion or any other classification protected by law.
