We recognize that people with diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives fuel our growth and enrich our global culture.We are looking for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team oriented environment, likes to be challenged, and values the opportunity to make a difference.General Summary: The Meals & Beverage Enabler Manager will own the overall cost savings program for the business and will be accountable for ensuring the delivery of 3% base cost savings and 1-2% network optimization cost savings annually. This role will work seamlessly with cross-functional cost savings teams in finance, procurement, marketing, R&D, manufacturing, logistics, & network optimization. Owns the monthly meeting cadence across functions, as part of the defined IBP role and ensures that weekly functional meetings are occurring to drive results delivery. Holds functional leads accountable to timely delivery and system accuracy within the enabler reporting tool. Responsible for monthly results summary and reporting, alignment of financial performance with the FP&A team, and overall updates to the business - effective communication is a must! Develops and aligns annual savings targets by function.Principal Account-abilities: 5% - Reports monthly status and performance of overall Meals & Beverage Enabler delivery.30% - Facilitates and/or participates in recurring (monthly) enabler conversations for multiple cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Logistics, R&D, Procurement, Marketing, & Finance.15% - Defines and improves systemic enabler delivery and reporting processes.10% - Facilitates recurring (Quarterly, Semi-annually) loss analysis sessions and ideation activities across multiple functions.15% - Ensures data integrity in enabler portal (currently SAVE!) in conjunction with Finance and IT partners. If necessary, effectively migrates enabler system to new tool and ensures appropriate training for all organizational users.5% - Develops strategic business targets for the upcoming fiscal year with finance and functional leadership.15% - Establishes and executes bench marking opportunities across business, manufacturing locations, and between Meals & Beverage and Snacks; Maintains communication between snacks enabler leadership for reapplication opportunities.5% - Trains users on system, tools, processes.10% - Maintain open communications with all departments and personnel in regards to safety, job efficiency, product quality, customer service, and housekeeping.Job Complexity:Ability to work collaboratively and successfully influence stakeholders.--Demonstrated program management skills with the ability to deliver results across multiple teams and operations.Ability to manage dozens of projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to influence up and down the organizationAbility to work in a cross functional matrix environment.Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes and technology and work required to make technical specification changes to a product (raw material or package).Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Strong analytical skills and business acumen.Job Specifications: Bachelor's Degree; prefer technical field of study i.e. Mechanical Engineering, Electrical EngineeringFive years of supply chain experience.Equivalent combination of education and experience.Self-motivation with a strong drive for results; must be able to deliver objectives and key results with minimal supervision.Proven cross-functional leadership abilityMust possess the ability to train, mentor and develop a diverse group of people / functions.Must possess strong conflict resolution skills.Must possess a demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.Effective verbal and written skills.Corporate Environment.CSC1The Company is committed to providing equal opportunity for employees and applicants in all aspects of the employment relationship, without regard to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, citizenship, marital status, veteran status, disability, age, religion or any other classification protected by law.In that regard, U.S. applicants and employees are protected from discrimination based on certain categories protected by Federal law.
