Our group is experiencing a consistent growth period that is prompting us to open our doors outside and to the industry's best.Ciocca Subaru of Pleasantville is looking to add an Automotive Sales Manager to our growing team!**We provide in-house NADA sales training! Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Bullpen every day with sales staff and member of service
• Oversee the pre-owned sales department
• Implement strategies for achieving sales and gross profits
• Follow the Ciocca process or purchasing and trading used vehicles through various outlets
• Posses a high passion for customer retention and CSI above market standards and zone averages
• Work effectively with the BDC, Finance, and Service department
• Be ethical and transparent in leading all operationsQualifications include but are not limited to :
  • Automotive Sales Management experience preferred
  • Lead outstanding customer service and high employee engagement programs and systems
  • Exceptional communication skills
