Job Summary: The TPM Associate Business Analyst will be the company's leading expert in usage of Campbells Trade Promotion Management system (e4). This role oversees the trade promotion management system data and hierarchies, solves problems for user community, helps with business plan development, and conducts training of the TPM system. It requires a strong aptitude in systems, data hierarchies, and master data management, as well as basic understanding in business analytics and trade mechanics between retailers and manufacturers. The analyst will be responsible for coordinating data uploads of key business metrics and values, audit successful load into the TPM system, provide user support (systems and process), and coordinate data updates. The analyst will need effective communication skills and ability to help users solve issues and conduct training sessions for TPM system. The successful candidate will need to work closely with business users from multiple areas. As such, this person must have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a proven collaborator, passionate about solving challenging problems. In this role you will report to the Solution Manager, Trade Promotion Management. Essential Job Duties:

  • Partner with key stakeholders to collect accurate and timely inputs for TPM (list prices, guardrails, hierarchies, etc.) and validate successful load into TPM system
  • Actively manage group level security for TPM system, process changes for new and existing users, initiate quarterly audits of group level security database
  • Create data and control validation reports
  • Maintain schedule funding and target loads/updates
  • Manage helpdesk business queue; including hyper-care of high priority issues
  • Relentless focus on data integrity and accuracy
  • Proactively identify, prioritize, and conduct analysis that drives insights.
  • Promote and evangelize a culture of excellence, data driven discussions, healthy skepticism, intellectual curiosity, knowledge sharing and teamwork.
  • Works on complex assignments, projects, and/or initiatives to build and enhance the capability of his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Partners with business teams to understand business context, goals, and outcomes to help define system and automation solutions.
  • Preferred: knowledge of CPG trade and economics of leveraging trade to achieve desired business outcomes
  • Assists with breaking down problems into sub-tasks and activities to define solutions that address root causes.
  • Supports process automation planning activities. Participates in creating prototypes and co-designing solutions.
  • Participates in project and/or sprint planning sessions. Assists in gaining alignment across internal and external resources.
  • Assists in identifying change impacts and in preparing change management materials.
  • Assists in developing reports and visualizations to help business partners communicate solution value to key stakeholders.
  • Performs system testing of bug fixes and enhancements and supports data quality efforts.
  • Executes test scripts & test plans. Provide support in implementing required changes. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    • 4 Year/Bachelor's Degree preferred concertation in statistics, psychology, engineering, computer science, mathematics, marketing, economics, or business administration
    • 1-3 years of working in IT projects or in analytics preferered
    • Knowledge of CPG industry, customers and marketplace pricing and trade dynamics a plus
    • Time management skills, ability to work multiple projects in parallel
    • Passion for learning (new problem domains, algorithms, tools etc) and for analyzing data
    • Ability to grasp complex analytic principles and techniques
    • Strong business acumen & demonstrated aptitude for analytics that incite action
    • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
    • Effective communication skills ability to "tell the story"
    • Ability to work effectively across functions, disciplines and levels
    • Must have excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Comfort with advanced analytics/statistical concepts.
    • Strong results orientation with a natural curiosity to learn and improve
    • Strong communication skills with ability to train user community and guide field in problem solving issues within TPM
    • Self-motivated with a "can do" attitude coupled with high ethics and integrity
