Facilities Design - Project Manager - Ability to work independently or with teams. Serves as key liaison between the facility and corporate technical resources. Collaborates with internal customers to develop project/program requirements and insure they meet business unit needs. Can effectively manage and implement medium to highly complex, multi-functional projects that could range from $300,000 to $3,000,000 (aggregate value of annual project portfolio). Level responsibilities range from having a participative role in the management of capital dollars associated with authorized projects to playing a major role in the effective management of these capital funds to successfully deliver project results. No responsibility for management of departmental expense dollars. Project Development

  • Manage & delegate the work-flow using internal and external resources for small and large projects
  • Prepare cost estimates based on rough order of magnitude
  • Orchestrate and coordinate team members through design development phase to project documentation and construction completion.
  • Construction Documentation Management
  • Coordination of Architectural and MEP disciplines during design phase
  • Client Interaction & Collaboration
  • Developing and implementing standards for Space Usage and Office Planning Design work
    • Office furniture layout and space planning, master planning utilizing Auto CAD
    • Space planning, Block & Stack and design development for remodels and new construction utilizing Auto CAD
    • Manage Internal and External Client interaction / Contractor coordination Construction Administration
      • Coordinate and manage construction meetings
      • Prepare cost estimates
      • Review construction documents for accuracy
      • Develop Scopes of Work, prepare RFPs, Review submittals
      • Ability to track financials, review invoices and AIA pay applications Skills
        • AutoCAD proficient, CAD Documentation management
        • MS office suite
        • SAP knowledge a plus Education and Experience
          • Architecture, Architectural design or Engineering.
