Data Quality Manager, Product Enterprise Information Management
will lead and guide data owners and data stewards in providing data
quality product information, process improvements and ensuring
consistency across cross functional teams across multiple business
units. This person will be leveraging existing and new technologies
that enable and automate continuous improvement of data quality
across the enterprise. The Data Quality Manager is responsible for
the collection, validation and ingestion of timely and complete
product information attributes to both internal and external
stakeholders. Roles and Responsibilities:Develops the data quality
management portion(s) of the Data Governance Program.Create and
drive the data quality monitoring, exception reporting and
sustainable resolution of data quality issues for critical product
enterprise dataDevelop process improvements to enhance overall data
qualityDocument and governance defined data attributes rules and
standardsDefine quality standards, data lifecycle, data controls
and metrics for our enterprise product dataActs as the primary
liaison between all lines of business for data quality issues,
opportunitiesAssists and coordinates assessments and
implementations of data quality programs and solutions throughout
the company.Gather/Consolidate/Ingest accurate product data from
multiple sources, loading into centralized product information
systemIdentify source system and individual data ownerships for
each product attribute along with corresponding metadataWork with
cross functional teams to ensure individual process changes do not
impact the lifecycle, timeliness and accuracy or product dataServe
as the primary systems administrator of the PIM (Lansa) and Salsify
and act as the subject matter expert relating to creating/designing
new attributes, assigning access, creating workflows and creating
reportsOwn end to end process for gathering and distributing
product attribute content, synchronizing with digital assets and
ensuring legal approval when requiredWork with cross functional
teams to implement new attributes, proposing process changes if
requiredConduct training with data owners so that clear data
quality implications are understoodTest system changes as
additional automation is implementedPartner with the
commercialization team to ensure the right data is available at the
right timeResponsible for maintaining retailer product assortments
in the PIM, on going process and workflow for new product
assignmentsAs part of ingestion, responsible for flipping of in
market versions given a complete set of data, ensuring market
release dates are captured and verified, inheritance of attributes
on new versions as well as like product grouping functionality
Qualifications:Bachelor s degree required; 7+ years work experience
preferred but not requiredData quality management
experienceExperience with Metadata management, business rules and
product content documentationExperience researching, recommending,
and automating innovative approaches to data quality management
issues and opportunities.Knowledge or and ability to perform data
gathering, analysis and process flow designPrevious experience with
data mapping and data validationKnowledge of SAP and PLM System a
plusIntermediate to advanced skills in Excel requiredAbility to
extract, analyze and report on data requiredMust be detail oriented
with strong analytical skillsExcellent communication and
presentation skills requiredHighly driven and self-motivated
personality requiredMust be able to work in a fast-paced
environment with the ability to manage multiple projects and
multiple deadlinesProven track record forming partnerships and
influencing effectively across all areas of the organizationAbility
