Responsibilities:Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition role will assume
responsibility for components of managing and leading the TA
Operations, TA Capability Development and TA Programs. This role
will support the implementation of center-led programs Inclusion
and Diversity Talent Acquisition process harmonization,
standardization of reporting and metrics, adoption of policy and
process changes both internal and managed through vendor
relationship i.e. RPO, and technology and capability building
programs to include the measure of our progress and success as a
function. Manage a plan to assess key project deliverables and
provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on
marketplace data and KPI s.This is an exciting opportunity for a
high-caliber strategist and operator with depth and breadth of
business operations and program and project management experience.
The individual must be enthusiastic and energetic about building
and continuously enhancing our TA function through strategy,
planning, measuring and monitoring helping us to achieve long-and
short-term business imperatives.Talent Acquisition Operations will
have a critical role for overseeing and managing the process
harmonization for salaried population and resource for advice for
hourly processes including:Salaried RPO vendor management with the
leading the delivery of all data and analytic reporting, all
process harmonization and policy procedures within the team s
remitManaging critical projects as the change lead for the
implementation of I&D TA process changes and harmonization
across the enterpriseOversee and standardize all data analytics,
all process, policy and procedure for external vendor management
relationships (RPO, CRM) with TA Manager Process HarmonizationThis
includes consultation on candidate availability in the marketplace
and guidance on talent attraction, selection methodology and legal
compliance as necessary.RPO vendor special projects to support day
to day and business trends/needs as identified to further enhance
the talent experienceTalent Acquisition Capability
Building:Building and overseeing the development of internal
capability and skill development both within the internal TA
recruiting team and for the broader organization execution of
program development (selection training)Leading the TA Team
development of programs to select talent, vendor selection and
management and to ensure appropriate programs to develop and
communicate organizational wide training program. Continuously
assess program effectiveness and identify opportunities for
continued enhancementsPartner with key business leaders on
recruitment efforts across the organization for collaboration on
deliverables with alignment among, IT, Finance, HR, Communication,
Legal and Shared Services, as well as partnering across the TA Team
to develop select capabilities, programs and operations, while
remaining forward-thinking, transformational and continuously
enhancing.Talent Acquisition Programs:Focus on optimizing our
technology platforms to assess talent pipelines through our CRM,
partnership with external resources, internal resources and
internal recruiters to understand marketplace trends which will
support strategies in sourcing for current roles, pipelining for
future roles, applying data judgment to influence action and
decisions.Collaborate with talent experience managers on
articulating a compelling marketplace trends through analysis of
talent by and partner closely with our leads for process
optimization, innovative technology and global community to
maximize all enablers for the TA team to deliver and execute hiring
plans, build and maintain proactive relationships and pipelines,
unbiased assessment techniques and consistent branding.Project
Management lead for all TA initiatives and assigned projects as
needed from the COE to deliver the quality of the programs,
improvements and outputs neededLead the development of portfolio
metrics and dashboards to ensure accurate reporting of HR strategic
initiative and project milestones and timelinesTracks and develops
dashboards for key strategic initiative milestonesLeadership and
Team Management:Ability to manage individuals, coach and provide
guidance and direction to direct and indirect reportsLead and
develop a team of Talent Acquisition advisors that are highly
skilled in managing recruiting activities and grow to achieve a
higher performing service offeringProvide feedback as a coach and
trainer to advance the skills of the talent advisors and to elevate
the presence of the teamProvide Talent insights with internal
customers with solutions for all hiring needs bring market insights
to support talent discussionsAccountability TA Capabilities,
Programs & Operations:Leverages organizational, functional and
business understanding to consult with the TA Team, HR, COEs and
external partners through process harmonization to drive
resultsLeverages knowledge of external market dynamics to
drive/optimize the TA processesIdentifies vendor/third-party
service providers, including search firms; manages contracts,
service level agreements and relationshipsExecutes with strong
project management experience to manage complex and multiple
projects with key stakeholder management and identifying
appropriate resources to leverageDevelops and manages governance
around search firm usage and spendPartners with Talent Experience
managers to ensures a consistent employer brand story is leveraged
and pulled through various forms of communication, including social
media, events, one-on-one interactions on social platforms to
attract talentSupports the development and translation of job
descriptions into job marketing tools (job postings/advertisements)
and creates a central repository for CRM Stays current on
competitor talent practices; builds robust development plans and TA
capability-buildingDevelop and manage the integration of diversity
and cultural objectives into the TA programsQualifications
(Education & Experience), Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:BS degree
(required) Human Resources (preferred); MS/MBA degree preferred10
15 years human resources talent acquisition, operations and
generalist experienceStrong HR experience supporting talent
acquisition, operations/service center and process
harmonization/optimization experience and strong project management
experience with proven results managing complex projectsHighly
developed influencing and collaboration skillsStrong change
management skills. Experience leading teams through changing work
environmentsExperience in leading end to end process design and
improvement projects within cross functional teams with proven
business resultsDemonstrated ability to independently diagnose and
address issues before they escalateExcellent interpersonal skills
with the ability to communicate at various organizational
levelsAbility to multi-task and manage multiple projectsBroad
understanding of CPG industry (principles, practices and customer
requirements)Demonstrated ability to lead teams (both direct and
matrixed) preferredStrong Executive presence with ability to
influence all levels of the organization (including top levels of
Leadership), with diverse perspectives; ability to bring teams to
