difference.GENERAL SUMMARY:The position will be responsible for
leading the process of the creation and maintenance of complex
supply contracts in SAP, facilitate issue resolution and change
management regarding SAP related process and training/on-boarding
of new associates, maintenance of SAP health metrics, Envision
Forecast/Inventory Reports as well as Supplier Scorecards, and is
the subject matter expert in Procurement Systems. - To complete
these responsibilities, this position will become the subject
matter expert that supports Procurement in SAP, Envision, Service
Now and Ariba. - Will act as a liaison to address material concerns
and provide input to Corporate Buyers to optimize contract terms to
improve service and avoid blocked invoices. - Adherence to company
policies, procurement processes and endeavors related to the
operation of a proactive and strategic Unit. -PRIMARY
RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage a team of analysts focused on contract
administration in Ariba and SAP (25%)Responsible for the overall
quality of data residing in Ariba and SAP, including the
development and distribution of Envision reporting to track health
metrics (15%)Manage important stakeholder relationships with
Corporate Procurement, Plant Buyers and other business partners,
assisting these teams with meeting their Enabler targets
(15%)Develop and deliver trainings to on-board Buyers (10%)Lead
root cause analyses when issues arise and implement resolutions
(10%)Drive continuous improvement to systems and processes,
including the development/refinement of automations, reporting and
dashboarding to track key metrics (15%)Represent contract
administration as a subject matter expert for project work
(10%).COMPLEXITY AND SCOPE:Coordinate the calendar and fiscal year
end contract creation processProactively seek out opportunities to
improve process and communications between the Contract team and
Procurement.Facilitate issue resolution associated with contract
calendar (year-end/fiscal year-end) contract creation
process.Perform basic analysis for firm fixed price or similar
contracts.Proficient use of SAP ERP system for Contract
Management.Gain working knowledge of buyer categories to support
business objectives.Close interaction with Procurement, R&D,
Material Planners, and Vendors.Collaborate with Supply Chain to
reduce transactional complexity and costs.Work heavily in SAP,
Envision, Microsoft Excel, and other data systems.Actively
participate and contribute to the power user teams, taking a lead
role in projects, reports and process improvements.MINIMUM
EDUCATION REQUIRED:Bachelor's degree requiredMINIMUM EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED:Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP requiredOTHER MINIMUM
REQUIREMENTS NEEDED:Excellent communication and project management
skillsExperience in procurement, supplier management, finance,
communications and/or customer serviceExperience with ERP systems
and Procure-to-Pay processes, specifically Ariba and/or SAPAdvanced
experience with procure-to-pay processes, types of procurement
contracts, commodity pricing, quality standards, sources of supply
(including diversity suppliers), value analysis and other cost
savings methodsExperience in developing metrics and reporting
associated with procurement performanceAbility to analyze large
amounts of data and translate into go-forward strategiesAbility to
work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing
