Established in 1996, we are a family owned and operated business with multiple locations in South Jersey. Responsibilities: EARLY MORNING 4AM-5AM start time Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities Oversee guest services and resolve issues Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation Train and manage FOH and BOH--------- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations --- Qualifications: The Restaurant General Manager must have high volume Quick Service experience of at least 3 years Strong leadership qualities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and communication skills Strong attention to detail A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Restaurant Manager A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Restaurant Manager Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Restaurant Manager Open availability is a requirement for the Restaurant Manager If this sounds like you we would love to talk Company Description High volume retail bagel and sandwich shops with multiple locations.
