defined, coordinated, and executed effectively, consistently, and
reliablyDefine and maintain the Test Management strategy, scope,
roadmap, governance, and policiesDefine guidelines, best practices,
skills, and capabilities required to execute the test management
process and ensure complianceEstablish controls to audit and manage
the Testing lifecycle and related activitiesSet and meet
operational performance metrics for Test ManagementEnsure the
health of the process from an efficiency and effectiveness
perspectiveFacilitate the implementation of and adherence to
processes through training, meeting and team facilitation, and
communication programsOversee and manage teams responsible for
support and deliveryDrive continuous improvement of Test

Includes defining project test strategy, scope, identifying
resources, requirements, and timelines.Gatekeeper for Quality
Center project setup. Ensure projects are built as per requirements
and that teams are utilizing automated scripts where possible.Own
and manage Quality Center workflow and provide test script
oversight.It would be great if you have Experience working in a
TaaS (Testing as a Service) ModelSoftware Testing Certifications
(Ex. ISTQB CTFL, ASTQB or similar)Working Knowledge of

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:50% Ownership
of service delivery for Testing & Validation processes and
technology. This role will manage key stakeholders in the testing
and validation and of new releases and deployments. Work in
partnership with IT Service Managers and Service Delivery teams to
develop testing and validation process and requirements for new and
optimized releases and deployments. Responsible for the building,
delivery and maintenance of required test environments.20%
Accountable for governance and enforcement of IT adherence to
established testing processes. Responsible for developing and
implementing test automation and performance testing strategies.
Verifies tests conducted by release and deployment management or
other teams and managing test environment requirements. Plan and
manage support for service testing and validation tools and
processes.30% Provides comprehensive management oversight on test
progress, test outcomes, success rates, issues and risks. Works
closely with development teams and other QA resources to manage
quality of the deliverables.ACRThe Company is committed to
