Job Description:

The Engagement Director is accountable for client success driving project execution and working with management to pull through new business opportunities. The Engagement team is at the heart and center of managing the day-to-day activities of the most complicated CDMS client projects. Engagement Directors work closely with clients and Executive personnel to continually define the problem and deploy solutions by supporting the team in executing various work streams. Engagement Directors ensure the client needs are satisfied and all client initiatives are coordinated while delivering valuable insights to the client.
Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:

• 
  
• Responsible for a core set of clients and accountable for client success in terms of client management, new business opportunities, and team execution.
  
• Developing and/or elevating new business managing project teams including both internal and external resources in the design, development, and delivery of client solutions. This includes creating a project plan and executing against that plan
  
• Serving as the day-to-day point of contact with clients leveraging business experience and/or managing the day-to-day client contact with acumen in articulating data use cases for current and future enablement
  
• Responsibility for implementation of best practices for Precision product enhancements on client engagements and working with product team to bring new intellectual property in house for use of future engagements. This includes identifying solutions through analytics model building, transforming data consumption strategies, and deploying technology solutions that enable better insights in a more automated fashion.
  
• Coaching junior team members and sharing subject matter expertise with others to elevate our capabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clients
  
  Qualifications:
  Minimum Required:
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree with quantitative or life science focus preferred
    
  • Minimum 10+ years' experience working with pharmaceutical manufacturers in a role that involves integrating commercial datasets
    
    Other Required:
    
    • 
      
    • Excel experience working with data (formulas, charts, pivot tables)
      
    • PowerPoint experience (slide creation, presentation, charts)
      
    • Competence working with relational databases including SQL to query and/or analyze data
      
    • May require travel domestically and/or internationally including overnight stays
      
      Preferred:
      
      • 
        
      • Expertise in market access analytics for pharmaceutical manufacturers
        
      • Experience in at least one of the following areas: MS Office Suite (advanced Excel & PowerPoint including VBA), AWS, Tableau, pharmaceutical claims data
        
      • Experience in building presentations and analytic story crafting
        
      • Presentation and communication skills
