Description: Job Title: Director, Program Management Job Code: IMS20231904-99851 Job Location: Camden, NJ Schedule: 9/80 Job Description: Leadership of a team of Program Directors and Senior Managers and System Architects to grow and manage the C5 Cyber Systems business. Responsible for establishing overall strategic direction, tactical and operational plans and P&L financial performance of the C5 Cyber Systems Business. Establishes overall direction and adherence to company's processes, policies, and systems. Communicates with contacts inside and outside the organization on matters of strategic importance. Establish and maintain close relationships with customers, industry teammates and functional partners. Essential Functions:

• Manage team of highly experienced professionals including Program Directors, Senior Managers and Program Management Office Personnel
• Manage performance and execution of C5 Cyber Systems Program Portfolio
• Develop and drive growth strategy for C5 Cyber Systems Business
• Management, Review and Approval Authority for Pursuits and Proposals
• Management of Staffing and Investment Planning
• Communicates to Executive Management, Segment and Sector as required
• Effectively work with functional leaders including Human Resources, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Contracts and Procurement Qualifications:
  • 15 years of experience in Defense (DoD Wide, primes, NSA Cyber preferred)
  • Experience and Knowledge of Information Assurance Systems, Key Management Technology
  • Experience with Sensor Open Systems Architecture (SOSA) and Modular Open Systems Architecture (MOSA)
  • Capture Management and Proposal Management Experience
  • Active Secret Clearance Preferred Additional Skills:
    • MS Engineering or MBA Degree, Master's Degree in Engineering (preferred)
    • P&L Leadership with an understanding of Business Development
    • US Secret Security Clearance (US Top Secret/SCI preferred)
    • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
