Apply today!Job SummaryThe Associate Brand Manager, Innovation in the Campbell Snacks Division is responsible for driving the new product innovation pipeline across multiple brands, categories & channels.Responsibilities include:Identifying the new product innovation pipeline that drives incremental growth for our portfolio, delivers against business strategies, and meets target consumer needs.This includes differentiated product and packaging ideas in current and future contiguous categories.Managing commercialization of new breakthrough innovation projects to deliver commercially and financially viable platformsWork closely with an extensive cross-functional team (product development, packaging, sales, finance) to develop and launch new products and pack typesCollaborating with Brand Marketing and Sales to identify opportunity areas for growth by effectively leveraging syndicated data, consumer research and competitive intelligenceConducting analysis of business results/trends and recommending appropriate course of actionJob ComplexityStrong project management skills and ability to multi-taskAnalytical, problem solving and resolution skillsStrong interpersonal & communication skills to motivate & lead a diverse cross-functional team of professionals including brand marketing, market research, research & development, finance, and salesAbility to progress multiple objectives & timelines to deliver strong results across all initiativesWork across a diverse, cross-functional teamAbility to work well both individually and within both the cross-functional and brand teamsStrong curiosity, proactive desire to understand, test and learnHighly resourceful and able to drive clarity in ambiguityPrides themselves on knowing the business and consumer better than anyone elseJob SpecificationsMinimum education required: Bachelor's Degree required; MBA strongly preferredYears of relevant experience: 1+ years brand management and marketing experience, preferably in food and/or CPGExperience with IRI/ACNielsen Consumption/Category Tools and formulating/distilling analysis preferredWorking ConditionsThis position is an office-based position in the company headquarter (Camden, NJ) with 3 days in office (T, W, Th) and 2 days work from home optional (M, F).Travel as needed (10-15%) to company meetings & trainings, customer meetings, and other business-related demandsCompensation and Benefits:The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between$72,900-$117,300Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
