with Campbell's? Apply today!General SummaryThe Talent Manager is
responsible for partnering with the Senior Director of Talent
Management & Organizational Effectiveness to design and drive
integrated talent management programs, tools and processes across
the enterprise. This includes but is not limited to performance
management, talent review and succession planning and career
development. The ideal candidate has a strong background in talent
management practices, excellent leadership skills, and a passion
for driving organizational success through effective talent
management.Principal ResponsibilitiesExecute and manage
enterprise-wide performance management program - including OKR
setting, annual reviews and feedback mechanisms.Support the design,
implementation and oversight of career initiatives to support
employee development, including individual development plans,
mentoring and career pathing.Lead execution of annual talent review
and succession planning for salaried employees including training,
communications, reporting. Partner with Sr Director on executive
reports and materialsCollaborate with HR partners to ensure
alignment of talent management practices with other HR programs
such as compensation, benefits, I&D and employee
engagementManage the enterprise talent onboarding programMonitor
talent metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations
for continuous improvementStay updated on industry best practices
and trends in talent management to drive innovation and excellence
within the organizationProvide guidance and support to HR, managers
and employees (as applicable) on talent management processes,
policies and toolsWork closely with HR technology on the design and
continuous improvement of our HR technology solutionsDevelop and
lead change management plans to support key talent initiatives
(e.g. performance management, employee development)Participate in
adhoc projects for the department, as needed.Job Specifications
(Knowledge, skills and abilities normally required for competent
performance in the job)BA/BS in HR, psychology or other related
field required, Masters preferredMinimum of 7 years of Human
Resources experienceCertifications in talent and change management
preferredResults oriented and "hands on" approachIndependent
thinker, possess strong organization skills, strong customer focus
and orientationDemonstrated expertise & proven success in HR and
talent managementStrong general business acumenDemonstrated
analytical and creative thinking abilityOrganized, detail oriented,
demonstrated project management skills, able to work independently
and handle multiple priorities/projects simultaneouslyStrong
communication and facilitation skillsAbility to effectively manage
through ambiguity and complex scenariosExperienced change
management execution and/or leadershipUnderstanding of the talent
ecosystem and how talent management aligns, integrates, and
supports the full employee talent life cycleCompensation and
Benefits:The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried
position is between$85,900-$140,800Individual base pay depends on
work location and additional factors such as experience,
job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay
may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer
competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on
