Director of Innovation, Meals & Beverages is responsible for
shaping and delivering the 3-5 year innovation pipeline for
multiple brands and categories, and charting the next chapter in
their success stories. Responsibilities include:--- Identify a
pipeline of fresh business building ideas that drive incremental
growth for our portfolio, deliver against business strategies, and
meet target consumer needs. This includes differentiated product
and packaging ideas in current and future contiguous categories.---
Drive "strategic creativity" to uncover and stretch the potential
of existing brand icons. This will require breaking paradigms and
uncovering latent potential that connects consumer needs with key
drivers of brand equity. Fresh exciting concept ideas must be
identified and validated to result in a robust pipeline for growth.
This will be accomplished by sharp strategic thinking, a curious
interest in evolving consumer needs, and an ability to "connect the
dots" from multiple sources of consumer research, trends, and
competitive intelligence.--- Lead cross functional teams through
commercialization of existing breakthrough innovation projects and
future validated ideas to deliver commercially and financially
viable platforms.--- Build ideas based on a foundation of product
and packaging commercialization viability that will deliver strong
financial performance - this will require strong business model
savvy, a general management aptitude, and strong partnerships with
cross functional resources to deliver results.--- Consistently
champion, interrogate and improve the innovation stage gate
process.--- Provide strong leadership to create direction and
inspire greatness with cross functional teams. A "can do" attitude
with a strong drive for results will be necessary to overcome
obstacles and motivate the team through project ebbs and flows.---
Manages a team of 1-2 direct reports.There is such tremendous
upside to our brands and the right candidate for this role must be
able to navigate between the day-to-day business deliverables and
setting the long-term course for growth and success.Minimum
Requirements:--- Education - Undergraduate degree in Business or
MBA--- 10+years brand management and marketing experience (within
CPG, preferably Tier 1 organizations)--- Experience within Food &
Beverage Industry is strongly desired--- Proven portfolio brand and
innovation strategy development using a disciplined approach---
Exceptional track record of driving profitable growth from product
innovation: concept to commercialization--- High caliber leadership
- taking accountability, inspiring trust, fostering collaboration,
and driving organizational alignment--- Must have a high level of
curiosity about the marketplace, competitors, consumers, and

office and 2 days (M, F) optional work from home. Minimal (15-20%)

range for this full-time, salaried position is
between$125,500-$209,300Individual base pay depends on work
location and additional factors such as experience, job-related
skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include
other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive
health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first
