Job Description:
As an operations Manager for KassCon you will play a pivotal
role in overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of our
commercial cleaning business. You will be responsible for ensuring
the efficient delivery of cleaning services to our clients,
managing a team of cleaning team members, and maintaining exact
standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
--- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise cleaning team members.
--- Create and manage work schedules for cleaning team.
--- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance
evaluations.
--- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Client Management:
--- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
--- Conduct regular site visits to assess cleaning quality and
address client concerns.
--- Address client requests and issues promptly and
effectively.
--- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for
growth and expansion.
Operational Efficiency:
--- Develop and implement efficient cleaning processes and
procedures.
--- Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and
equipment.
--- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
--- Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and
cost-effectiveness.
Quality Control:
--- Establish and enforce quality control standards for cleaning
services.
--- Conduct regular inspections to ensure high cleaning standards
are maintained.
--- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective
actions, as necessary.
Budget Management:
--- Assist in budget creation and manage operational expenses.
--- Monitor financial performance and identify cost-saving
opportunities.
--- Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints without compromising
service quality.
Reporting and Documentation:
--- Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, team
performance, and client communications.
--- Generate reports on operational performance and key performance
indicators.
--- Provide regular updates to senior management on operational
status.
Training and Development:
--- Provide ongoing training to cleaning staff on best practices
and safety protocols.
--- Identify training needs and opportunities for skill
enhancement.
--- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
--- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field
(preferred).
--- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the
cleaning or facilities management industry.
--- Strong leadership and team management skills.
--- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
--- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced
environment.
--- Proficiency in using computer software and technology for
scheduling and reporting.
--- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations.
--- This position may require occasional evening or weekend work to
accommodate client needs or emergencies.
