This role supports the Pacific Foods business across all channels and categories.This role is hybrid in Camden, NJ - WHQ. 3 days in office is required.Primary ResponsibilitiesWork with the Customer Sales Lead, Sales Finance, Shopper Insights, Category Strategy, and Category Management to identify and execute against initiatives to achieve sales objectivesWork with Trade & Promotional Planning Lead to co-develop customer / channel specific GrossSales, Net Sales, and Trade Annual Operating Plan targetsWork with Trade & Promotional Planning Lead and Customer Sales Leads to develop andoptimize promotional support plans within guardrails and with maximum return on investmentWork with Category Management & Customer Sales Leads to develop optimize assortmentbased on national item priorities (set by Category Strategy)Owns communication of customer forecast and business drivers to internal functions related toDemand Planning and S&OPIdentify risks and opportunities and solutions balancing both customer needs and businessneedsAd hoc business analysisJob ComplexityDevelop and maintain productive working relationship with Sales Strategy teammates (Category Strategy, Trade & Promotional Planning), other sales functions (Category Management, Sales Finance, Customer Sales), and cross-functional (Brand, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.)Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree requiredMinimum 8-10 years CPG sales experience required; previous experience should include some or all of the following:Customer Sales / Customer ManagementCategory ManagementCategory StrategyRevenue ManagementTrade Marketing / Trade & Promotional PlanningSales FinanceSkills required for success:CommunicationProblem SolvingAnalyticsFinancial AcumenAbility to Influence / SellNegotiationProcess management#LI-HybridCompensation and Benefits:The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between$105,000-$172,200Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
