Senior Infrastructure Project Manager will lead critical
infrastructure projects within our organization. The Senior
Infrastructure Project Manager will be responsible for planning,
executing, and closing complex projects while ensuring they meet
quality, budget, and timeline expectations. This role demands
strong leadership, technical expertise, and exceptional project
management skills.Responsibilities--- Develop comprehensive project
plans, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.---
Establish project timelines and resource requirements.--- Manage
project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control.---
Report regularly on project financial performance.--- Effectively
communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders,
both internal and external.--- Facilitate productive meetings and
discussions.--- Adapt to project changes and scope adjustments
while maintaining project objectives.--- Implement change control
processes to manage scope changes.--- Lead and motivate
cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear roles and
responsibilities are defined.--- Foster a collaborative and
productive project environment.--- Identify and assess project
risks, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans.---
Monitor project risks and take proactive steps to minimize their
impact.--- Establish quality standards and ensure project
deliverables meet or exceed them.--- Conduct regular quality checks
and audits throughout the project lifecycle.Job
SpecificationsExperience--- Bachelor's degree in a related field;
advanced degree or PMP certification preferred.--- A minimum of 5
years of experience in project management, with a significant focus
on network and network security projects.--- A demonstrated history
of successfully delivering complex infrastructure projects on time
and within budget.--- Experience in managing project changes and
scope adjustments while maintaining project objectives.---
Experience in effectively engaging and managing relationships with
diverse project stakeholders.--- Experience in implementing and
maintaining quality standards for project deliverables.Skills---
Proven expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and
best practices--- In-depth understanding of infrastructure projects
and related technical aspects, including network Industry ways of
working, including telecommunications build out, Managed Service
Provider processes, ITSM practices and technologies in the Network
and Network Security areas, including LAN, SD-WAN, Wireless,
Segmentation Firewalling and Authentication service based
projects--- Strong leadership abilities to guide project teams, set
direction, and manage conflicts.--- Excellent written and verbal
communication skills for clear and effective project documentation
and stakeholder communication.--- Proficiency in identifying,
assessing, and mitigating project risks.--- Strong financial
management skills, including budgeting and cost
control.#LI-HYBRIDCompensation and Benefits:The target base salary
range for this full-time, salaried position is
between$85,900-$140,800Individual base pay depends on work location
and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and
relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms
of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental,
401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of
