This role supports the Iconic Campbell's Soup & Swanson Broth businesses for Growth Channels which includes Dollar General, Costco, Sam's Club, Target and Convenience amongst other scaled customers.This is a high visibility role with direct responsibility for more than 15% of the revenue generated by the iconic Campbell's Soup brand.This role is hybrid in Camden, NJ - WHQ. 3 days in office is required.Primary ResponsibilitiesWork with the Customer Sales Lead, Sales Finance, Shopper Insights, Category Strategy, and Category Management to identify and execute against initiatives to achieve sales objectives.Work with Trade & Promotional Planning Lead to co-develop customer / channel specific Gross Sales, Net Sales, and Trade Annual Operating Plan targets.Work with Trade & Promotional Planning Lead and Customer Sales Leads to develop and optimize promotional support plans within guardrails and with maximum return on investment.Work with Category Management & Customer Sales Leads to develop optimize assortment based on national item priorities (set by Category Strategy)Owns communication of customer forecast and business drivers to internal functions related to Demand Planning and S&OPIdentify risks and opportunities and solutions balancing both customer needs and business needs.Ad hoc business analysis.Job ComplexityDevelop and maintain productive working relationship with Sales Strategy teammates (Category Strategy, Trade & Promotional Planning), other sales functions (Category Management, Sales Finance, Customer Sales), and cross-functional (Brand, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.)Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree requiredMinimum 8-10 years CPG sales experience required; previous experience should include some or all of the following:Customer Sales / Customer ManagementCategory ManagementCategory StrategyRevenue ManagementTrade Marketing / Trade & Promotional PlanningSales FinanceSkills required for success:CommunicationProblem SolvingAnalyticsFinancial AcumenAbility to Influence / SellNegotiationProcess management#LI-HybridCompensation and Benefits:The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between$105,000-$172,000Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
