The RTS portfolio encompasses a broad array of our power brands, from Campbell's to Chunky. Your passion for our brands and your ability to navigate complexity will be the driving force behind elevating our RTS portfolio.If you're ready to leave an indelible mark on the soup category and contribute to a legacy of Connecting people through the food they love, join us at Campbell's Soup Company and take the leap into an exciting future with our diverse and cherished portfolio!Principal AccountabilitiesPartnering with Teams: Collaborate closely with sales, integrated marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and ensure successful brand development and activation.Brand Strategy: Develop a strategic framework for the brand's growth plans over a 3-5 year period, ensuring a sufficient pipeline of products and initiatives. Continuously evolve and refine the brand's foundations to stay relevant and competitive.Business Planning: Work closely with the innovation team to create a pipeline of new products and platforms that align with the brand's strategic direction. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Communicate project status, issues, and opportunities to the broader organization. Collaborate with the brand operations team to inform monthly integrated business planning.Consumption Planning: In partnership with Demand Planning and Sales, deliver monthly consumption and demand forecasts.Market and Competitor Analysis: Become an expert on the brand and its competitors, continuously monitoring the market landscape and identifying trends and opportunities to guide future plans.Data Synthesis and Decision-making: Gather and synthesize data from multiple sources to make informed decisions and recommendations for brand strategy and marketing initiatives.Job ComplexityStrategic Vision: With a keen eye on industry trends and customer insights, you will develop and executive comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our long-term business goals. Your ability to think strategically will be vital in identifying new opportunities and addressing challenges head on.Project Management: Our fast-paced environment demands effective project management skills to oversee multiple marketing projects concurrently. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects adhere to aggressive timelines while balancing the longer-term requirements outlined in our marketing plans.Team Leadership and Collaboration: You will be proficient at inspiring and influencing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring a cohesive approach to marketing initiatives. Results-Driven Performance: Ownership of business results is at the core of this role. You will diligently track key performance indicators, analyze data, and draw actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies. With a growth mindset, you will proactively recommend and implement adjustments to our plans to maximize success.Job SpecificationsBachelor's Degree required, MBA strongly preferred.Minimum 1 year of proven experience in CPG brand management with MBA, 2 years proven experience in CPG brand management with Bachelor's. CPG Experience strongly preferred, and Food/Beverage industry experience a nice plus.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to have an ability to inform, influence and collaborate work with cross functional internal stakeholders across multiple leadership levels and external agencies.Strong creative thinking with demonstrated ability to build activations with creative, digital, social, public relations, and media agency partners.Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks within tight timeframes and deadlines in a dynamic ever-changing working environment.Excellent analytical skills and business/financial acumen.Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding strategic business goals.Forward-thinking, results-driven marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Working ConditionsThis position is offered a highly flexible and modern work arrangement, allowing you to achieve a better work-life balance. As part of our commitment to our employees' well-being and productivity, you will enjoy a hybrid working schedule with two consistent "Remote" working days and three in-office working days per week. Travel will be required, as needed around 10-15%, to company meetings, company training, customer meetings, and other regions as business needs demand.Compensation and Benefits:The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between$72,900-$117,300Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
