Make history with us.We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Analytics Lead to join our dynamic Marketing team. In this critical role you will drive and guide strategic choices by representing the consumer/shopper through mastery of syndicated data. Energized by solving tough business questions, you will bring a strong point of view, and be the objective voice to guide the $4B Snacks division. You will unlock our growth aspirations by elevating the organizational understanding of behavior through data.Reporting to the Snacks Head of Insights, you will be a critical part of the team working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing Leadership Team, providing data-based insights that drive brand performance optimization opportunities. As the Business Analytics Lead you will develop analytic insights synthesized across disparate data sources with a focus on Panel and POS data such as IRI, Luminate, 84.51 and internal sales data. You will lead marketing mix modeling analytics for the division, partnering with multifunctional experts to optimize portfolio investment and drive topline performance.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as Thought LeaderInfluence and provide confidence in strategic decisions that unlock value for our brands, retailers and consumers/shoppersSupport day-to-day and strategic endeavors by being the single source of truth for key topics.Proactively identify key consumer trends to find opportunities and unlock value.Support Head of Insights, CMO and other senior leaders with timely analysis and thought leadership.Elevate Business Analytic CapabilitiesPartner with corporate data science team to support and champion increased capabilities including scenario modeling and forecasting.Elevate the impact of our marketing mix modeling program to drive clear action.Leverage key customer data sets for strategic brand and business-building opportunity identification.Elevate organizational understanding of key behaviors and trends, developing in-depth business, analytical and market knowledge.Drive and own continuous improvementBe accountable to the results of your work, earning the trust of key partners and senior leadership.Identify data and capability gaps and drive holistic solutions to enable continuous improvement mindset.Constantly study the market with insatiable curiosity to develop and test hypotheses.Exhibit the Following Characteristics & SkillsA leader, envision how to make things better and embody a continuous improvement mindsetCreative, finds unique solutions to unlock understanding and opportunities that enable a competitive advantagePassionate, highly motivated to find solutions and provide clear direction from disparate data sourcesAnalytical problem solver, across multiple complex business challenges at scaleCollaborator, right size efforts and analytic plans, interfacing with Integrated Insights team to unlock valueStoryteller, humanize and share data with engaging storytelling and data visualizationMastery of craft, have deep knowledge of a variety of data sources including but not limited to POS, Panel, social, and other syndicated quantitative data sources.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience with Market Intelligence and InsightsBachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as Business, Statistics, Economics, or other areasMastery skill in ExcelMastery of retail and POS Data (Circana) is requiredExperience with business intelligence software (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is a nice plusExperience in data statistical modeling desired but not requiredCompensation and Benefits:The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between$105,000-$172,200Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
