Accounts Payable Manager - Pharmaceutical Industry
Location: Northeast Philadelphia, PA
Employment Type: Full-Time - Hybrid Schedule M-F 8am-5pm

Salary: $90,000 + eligible for bonus

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Ensuring timely processing of vendor payables and chargebacks across all entities
• Reconciling vendor statements, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining strong vendor relationships
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing AP team- staff development and performance management
• Administering internal controls while coordinating month-end and year-end close activities
• Collaborating cross-functionally to streamline operations and improve workflow efficiency
• Assisting with audits, managing the AP subledger, and maintaining data accuracy What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree, with (10) years or more related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience of handling teams of 5+
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases, Oracle EBS and Blackline a plus
