    • Originate and execute high-value M&A, capital raising, andstrategic advisory deals across automation, Industry 4.0, industrialSaaS, robotics, IoT, and next-gen hardware
    • Leverage and expand existing client and sponsor relationships withPE firms, growth-stage founders, and corporate strategics
    • Manage full deal execution from pitch through close - diligence,modeling, negotiation, and client leadership
    • Serve as the face of the firm in Industrial Tech - speak atconferences, publish thought leadership, and elevate Wedbush'spresence in the space
    • Build and lead a high-performing team of junior bankers and play akey role in mentoring and talent development
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with equity research, capitalmarkets, trading, and institutional sales to maximize value for clientsThis is Not a Learning Role - It is a LaunchpadWe are only considering experienced, currently active investmentbankers who are ready to transact from day one. This is an opportunityto own a vertical and build real equity - not a junior ramp-up orbusiness development role.This opportunity is open to candidates throughout the United States,who will report into either our New York City, San Francisco, LosAngeles, or Chicago offices.Experience and Skills
      • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
      • 10+ years of investment banking experience, with a strong focus onindustrial tech, automation, or adjacent sectors
      • A verifiable track record of originating and closing M&A orcapital markets transactions, ideally $50M-$500M+
      • An active pipeline of clients or mandates in play
      • Deep relationships with PE sponsors, VCs, corporate developmentleaders, and high-growth industrial tech operators
      • FINRA Series 79, 63 required (24 a plus)
