OnFire Youth Ministries, Myerstown, PA, is a mission-driven, faith-based, nonprofit organization focused on creating a safe and supportive environment for underserved children and youth. The organization offers several programs for students of varying ages that foster nurturing relationships and provide life-changing opportunities through education, coaching, and friendship. OnFire is a weekly youth night that provides students a place to hang out, the opportunity to build mentoring relationships with caring staff, and a chance to experience the love and truth of Jesus. Another program, Released Time, allows public school students in the ELCO school district to spend their lunch and recess learning about the Bible and participating in fun activities. OnFire's Ignite Learning Center offers alternative education for students who benefit from a more supportive and personalized approachwhether in academics, spiritual growth, or social development. OnFire Youth Ministries is passionate about impacting individuals and transforming lives to create Jesus-centered communities.

OnFire Youth Ministries is seeking a full-time Executive Director to provide hands-on leadership to the organization ensuring effective and efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will align with our mission and doctrinal statements and advance our core values. The Executive Director will lead the expansion of programs to maximize the organization's impact and partner closely with the Board of Directors to advance its long-term vision. This position will be responsible for strengthening and building relationships with current and future volunteers, donors, key stakeholders and community partners. The ability to represent the organization well, develop staff, and foster a highly cohesive team is essential to the role.

Executive Director position qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with underserved children/youth
- Successful track record of leading a department/team or an organization
- Experience with a nonprofit organization and/or working with a Board of Directors, desired
- A practical understanding of day-to-day organizational operations, including financial stewardship
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective public speaking abilitY
- Demonstrated community involvement, strongly preferred
